Rarer than a Pink Coconut is the shipyard on the Queensland coast at Flying Fish Point, Coconuts, Innisfail - 70minutes from Cairns. The only Shipyard between Cairns and Townsville. A fully operational shipyard with 5,776m2 of Freehold land and 2979m2 of Leasehold Land (above the water). Currently, the business is registered as a Slipway and operating for the past twenty years as a thriving business. Boat owners are able to bring on their own contractors and trades people and parts into the yard at present.
